The products offered are those presented on the website www.seagmatahiti.com and are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in presentation shall not engage the seller\u2019s liability.  <\/p><h4>Article 4: Prices<\/h4><p>Prices are indicated in Pacific Francs (XPF), including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. SEAGMA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.  <\/p><h3>Article 5: Order Modifications<\/h3><p>Order modifications must be requested through the contact form available on the website.<\/p><p>For orders with delivery within Tahiti, modifications are possible as long as the delivery has not yet been scheduled (see Article 6).<\/p><p>For shipped orders, customers may modify their order within 24 hours after confirmation.<\/p><h3>Article 6: Deliveries and Shipping<\/h3><p>Free Delivery in Tahiti (between Arue and Papara) :<\/p><ul><li>The buyer will be contacted via phone within 72 hours following the order to arrange delivery with the driver. Delivery is carried out within 7 business days, subject to the customer\u2019s availability after telephone contact with the delivery driver. <\/li><\/ul><p>Shipping within Tahiti and the Islands :<\/p><ul><li>Orders within French Polynesia are dispatched once a week. The shipping day depends on the delivery method (air freight, sea freight, or post office box) and the destination. Shipping costs start at 1,000 XPF and vary depending on the delivery method and destination. Delivery times generally range from 3 to 15 days depending on the destination and carrier.   <\/li><\/ul><p> Shipping to France :<\/p><ul><li>Orders shipped to mainland France are handled through Mondial Relay. Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, a confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent so you can track your parcel to the selected pickup point. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the period and carrier activity. Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel within the timeframe indicated by Mondial Relay. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to the sender.   <\/li><\/ul><p> Shipping to the USA (including Hawai\u2018i)<\/p><ul><li>Orders shipped to the United States benefit from a flat shipping rate of USD 7.40. Shipments are handled through an international carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area, seasonal activity, and possible customs clearance procedures.  <\/li><\/ul><p>If delivery of a product becomes impossible, SEAGMA undertakes to inform the buyer as soon as possible. If payment has already been made, the customer will be refunded the full value of the unavailable goods without delay. <\/p><h3>Article 7: Payment and Invoicing<\/h3><p>Payment is due immediately upon ordering by credit card through the seller\u2019s website. Invoices may be issued in PDF format upon request by the buyer. <\/p><h3>Article 8: Customer Service<\/h3><p>For any questions or information requests, buyers may contact the seller through the contact form available on the website.<\/p><h3>Article 9: Returns and Refunds<\/h3><p>In the event of non-compliance or product defects, the buyer may request an exchange or refund through the seller\u2019s contact form. Requests must be submitted within 7 days following receipt of the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  <\/p><h3>Article 10: Personal Information and Data Protection<br\/><\/h3><p>Information and data provided by the customer and collected by the seller through the website (including but not limited to name, contact details, and order information) are treated confidentially and stored in one or more databases.<\/p><p>The customer\u2019s personal data requested by the service provider, acting as data controller, are necessary for the registration, monitoring, archiving of services, commercial and marketing management of the customer\u2019s account, and maintaining quality relations with the seller.<\/p><p>Customer personal data are also retained by the service provider for security purposes, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and to enable the personalization of services and communications addressed to the customer.<\/p><p>At any time, the customer may modify the permissions previously granted by contacting SEAGMA through the website contact form.<\/p><h3>Article 11: Intellectual Property<\/h3><p>The various elements of the website, including trademarks, content, illustrations, and images, are protected under copyright law, trademark law, and image rights.<\/p><p>Any damage to these elements, as well as any unauthorized reproduction, downloading, copying, modification, or commercial use, whether partial or total, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action against the offender(s).<\/p><h3>Article 12: Applicable Law<\/h3><p>In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought before any legal action is taken. Seeking an amicable resolution does not suspend the applicable limitation periods for legal claims. <\/p><p>These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
